Lone Mountain Elementary: Week 3 (9/14/09)
Class started off with a nice stretch and jumping jacks to pump up the heart a little. We reviewed and discussed each element of hip hop and how they are important and work with one another. we reviewed out top rocks, drop freezes, “w” freezes, and russians. we learned half and full sweeps and started to learn the 6 step.
